It is a structural framework (steel trusses) consisting of a series of longitudinal elements (such as angles, pipes, or square sections) connected to each other at points called nodes. The truss system is based on the formation of geometric triangles, as the triangle is the only shape that does not change shape with the least possible weight of steel, thus providing very high strength.
